Terms and conditions.

About this website

This website is operated by Thornton FM Group and describes the services delivered by our divisions — facilities management, utilities, telecoms and construction — together with fire safety, which is controlled by our sister company, Thornton Fire.

The content is provided for general information. It describes the kind of work we do; it is not a quotation, a specification or advice about your particular property or project.

Enquiries, quotes and contracts

Enquiries made by telephone or email do not create a contract with us. Any quotation, specification or proposal we issue will set out the basis on which work would be carried out, and a contract is formed only when both parties agree to it.

Fire safety work is quoted for and delivered by Thornton Fire. Please contact them directly at thorntonfire.com for fire door, fire stopping and passive fire protection enquiries.

Website content

Unless stated otherwise, the text, images and layout of this website belong to Thornton FM Group. You may read, print or share pages for your own information, but please do not reproduce or reuse our content commercially without asking us first.

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current at all times. Details, service descriptions and availability may change.

Liability

We do not accept liability for decisions made purely on the basis of the general information on this website. Please speak to us — or to Thornton Fire for fire safety matters — before acting on anything you read here.

Nothing on this page limits any liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes connected with this website will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
